Linked Services next steps

Hi guys,

for our work we need deployed and maintained Linked Services.

We can probably start and do initial work ourselves, but in
the long term it'd be better to have a larger community. I think
for example of Raphael Troncy or Erik Wilde (btw, isn't Reto
subscribed to this list?), but there are probably more people
we could approach.

To be able to grow the community we need

1) an official-looking reference document which describes the
format required for Linked Services so that developers can
start implementing Linked Services
2) a catalogue with the already available LIDS and LOS (either
based on [1] or a Semantic MediaWiki).
3) once we have 1) and 2) in place we can start contacting
people and asking for their support.
