Linking to other data sets

Hello everyone,
I am helping someone in linking their data sets to other potential linked data data sets. Currently, I see three options on how it could be done.
Option 1. Identify datasets to link to via Registry of linked datasets (Welcome - the Datahub), use a tool to do mapping (e.g. SILK, LIMES) to see if similarity can be established.
Option 2. Use ontology search engines like Falcons, Swoogle to search ontologies, for re-using public ontologies and also for identifying potential data sets for linking purposes.
Option 3. Search indices to linked data. E.g. Sindice, to identify which linked datasets to link to
Please let me know if there are more options available.
