Greetings, I am starting with ArcGis and the Linkage_Mapper tool for my master's thesis. I am trying to run Barrier Mapper and I get the following error:

ERROR: Could not find a linktable from step previous to step #6 in datapass directory.  See above for valid linktable files.

If someone could guide me on this matter, please, I would appreciate it.

Thank you

Hello Rafael,

You can first try running it with the sample data to see if it is your data or environment causing the error.

And/or, you can try running it with the bug fix version under review. I think it is addressing a different bug, but could be related.  See the discussion on this community from last week. I need to run right now though. Let me know if you need the link to that.

Good luck!

John

Hi John, Kind regards. Thank you very much for your help. I didn't mention in the previous message that I run it with the guide data that is on the portal, I also tried to run it with my data. I just wrote through this medium because I saw the discussions on this issue, but I still can't figure it out. I think it's good to run it with the bug fix version you mentioned to see how it goes. Thank you very much John.
