Hi!

Working on corridor modeling in Costa Rica and have been getting the same error.

ERROR 010240: Could not save raster dataset to C:\Users\set78542\Desktop\Scratch\output\corridors.gdb\Scratch_corridors with output format FGDBR.
Failed to execute (SingleOutputMapAlgebra).

Have tried about 2 dozen times with differing project directories, resistance raster types, etc. Tried in both ArcMap and ArcCatalog. Still no luck. Just rebooted my computer, still nothing.

See dialog below. Anything you see that I need to fix?

NOTE: ArcGIS errors are more likely when writing to remote drives or deep file structures. We recommend shallow project directories on local drives, like C:\puma. Errors may also result from conflicts with anti-virus software (known problems with AVG). We have also seen conflicts when writing to synchronized folders like DROPBOX.

Note also that Linkage Mapper tools often work best when run from ArcCatalog instead of ArcMap.

Hi Samantha,
I do not see the culprit right away.
Maybe it is possible that there is a setting such that the two linkages are getting marked as ineligible for mapping. Yielding the error.

For starters, maybe look at and/or send the following two tables?

C:\Users\set78542\Desktop\Scratch\datapass\linkTable_s4.csv

C:\Users\set78542\Desktop\Scratch\datapass\linkTable_s3.csv

Another troubleshooting would be to use an input layer with 5 to 10 cores as a test.

I'm flying to Malaysia tomorrow for ICCB, so may have delays.  If anyone has thoughts/comments they are most welcome.

Thanks,

John

Hi John!
Thanks for the response. Attached are the two tables.

going to try running the tutorial data again and try to narrow down the issue.

Let me know what you think of the tables!
linkTable_s2.csv
linkTable_s3.csv

Good News! Was able to finally get it to work!

Created a completely new folder and tried to follow the set up from the tutorial data. Also resampled the resistance raster to get coarser pixels. Not sure which worked, but it is completed!

Thank you!
