Help with linkage mapper error

Hi all,

I am trying to map habitat corridors using linkage mapper, however I keep coming across an error I simply cannot solve :,( 

I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting (changing pathways, etc) but to no avail. It seems to me that the software is failing whilst trying to create the temporary bResistance raster, but I can't figure out how to solve the issue. I am using ArcPro and Linkage mapper 3.1.0

The offending message is as follows:

That was try #1 of 20 for this core area.Restarting iteration in 10 seconds. ------------------------------------------------------------------Target core areas for core area #1 = [2]---------------------------------***Problem encountered executing statement:"outCostDist = arcpy.sa.CostDistance(SRCRASTER, bResistance, cfg.TMAXCWDIST, backrast);outCostDist.save(outDistanceRaster)"The following ArcGIS error is being reported on line line 519 of "C:\Users\____\Documents\Modelling\linkagemapper310 (1)\linkagemapper310\toolbox\scripts\s3calcCwds.py":Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid. ERROR 000860: Input raster or feature source data: is not the type of Composite Geodataset, or does not exist. Failed to execute (CostDistance).

HI Katie,

Since you put this in your windows derived Docs folder, if your User name has a space in it, like "Katie Gilbert", that wil lbe in the filepath  that will cause problems.  Hence, we recommend running the toolbox from a shortish file path with no spaces.

Also, if running on ArcGIS 3.6, you will likely want the v3.2 beta version. Here is the post pinned on our discussion group  : https://groups.google.com/g/linkage-mapper/c/fYkg9qWl_KA
