New Beta Release Compatible with ArcPro 3.6!

Hello Linkage Mapper Community,

Thanks to bhill00 we now have a beta release for a version that works with ArcPro 3.6!

It is great when the open source model works towards community collaboration.

Please let us know how it goes on your machine if yo try it out.  Once we have enough success we'll release it as production ready on the website.

P.S. Google Groups has a bug in which some group owners are not notified when new people want to join. This group has that bug unfortunately. So, I am exploring workarounds. Any solutions are welcome.
