Hi,
I am trying to find potential corridors for Protected Areas using "Build Network and Map Linkages" in Linkage Mapper Tool Kit, I am using 25 "polygons" of varying sizes (min 0.28 and max 304 sq km).
I have made the resistance layer by Arc GIS 10.6 that gave me a raster layer with values ranged from 0.65 to 6055.52.
When i run the analysis it runs till core area #115 and than gives me the following error
***Problem encountered executing statement:
"outCostDist = CostDistance(SRCRASTER, bResistance, cfg.TMAXCWDIST, back_rast);outCostDist.save(outDistanceRaster)"
The following ArcGIS error is being reported on line line 577 of "C:\Program Files (x86)\LinkageMapper\LinkageMapper_1_1_0\toolbox\scripts\s3_calcCwds.py":
---------------------------------
---------------------------------
Python error on **line 580** of s3_calcCwds.py in Linkage Mapper Version 1.1.0:
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 14-21: ordinal not in range(128)
It also showed following error in the Run Results column:
ERROR 999999: Possibly out of disk space
But the disk space I confirmed is sufficient. Here is the log file, and I would appreciate it if I could get any help.
Thanks
Liu
