error linkage mapper

Hello John, 

I hope you are well. I tried to do an analysis in Linkage mapper to find corridors but the analysis does not finish. I don't know which is the error because I check my input files and I think that they are fine. I attached the log file.

HI Sara,

Atr first glance, it looks to me like you are telling the model to NOT map linkages that are over a certain length, and that that length is too small.  Your mapu inits may be in feet or meters, and you might be thinking they are in kilometers.  regardless, maybe try it without that restriction to see if it works.
