Good Morning,
I'm doing a work about corridors through Linkage Mapper. I have several problems and I would thank you to guide me.
When I execute Linkage Mapper the programme tells about a problem, but it works results. Barrier and Centrality are realized correctly. However, when, I try to execute Pinchpoint doesn't get. First, it writes the resistance map cannot be 0; but after changing, it begins to work, but finally find more problems, writing next:
  Mapping pinch points in individual corridors

using Circuitscape.

If you try to cancel your run and the Arc dialog hangs,

you can kill Circuitscape by opening Windows Task Manager

and ending the cs_run.exe process.

Processing link ID #2. Resistance map has 768 nodes.

That took 20 seconds.

Hi Domingo,

Would you be able to send your input layers (the cores and resistance surface) to me? The error indicates that there may be invalid IDs for your core areas, and I'd like to check your inputs to confirm that that is the issue or if it is something else.

Thanks,
Annie Prisbrey

Hi Annie

I try to execute Pinchpoint but I get the same Domingo's error. Can I mail you my layers  (cores, resistance matrix and log file)? these are too large to send by this forum.
You can explain to me how I can find these kinds of errors to check in other files that have failed.

Thanks for your help
