Hi John,

Meet some difficults with  pinch point mapper.

RuntimeError: Error resampling focal node, mask, or short-circuit region locations to match resistance map cell size and extent.  We recommend using the "Export to Circuitscape" ArcGIS tool to create ASCII grids with compatible cell size and extent.
Focal node raster has different number of rows than habitat raster. Circuitscape will try to crudely resample the raster. We recommend using the "Export to Circuitscape" ArcGIS tool to create ASCII grids with compatible cell size and extent.

How could I solve the problems.
Thanks for your help.

Hello Kunyun,

sorry for the delay, I'm not sure how I missed this.

Your focal node raster has different yllcorner than habitat raster. So Circuitscape will try to crudely resample the raster, but that often fails. We recommend creating input grids with the exact same cell size, projection, and extent.

Thanks,

John

Hello Chuan Shigao Cheng,

Does your computer run the sample data for Pinchpoint Mapper with no problems?

Did your input data run fine in the Linkage Pathways tool? If so, please send the log file for that run and also the log file for the errant Pinchpoitn Mapper run.

Thank you,

John
