Pinchpoint mapper error focal nodes

Hi John, 

I encountered this error message when running Pinchpoint Mapper and thought there might be an issue with the geometries of my core areas. So I fixed them and tried running the program again, but I got the same error message. I have read the manuals for the tools, and on paper, everything is fine with my layers, so I have not managed to find my mistake. 

Could you help me find the issue?
