 Python error on **line 266** of s2_buildNetwork.py in Linkage Mapper Version 3.0.0: ValueError: could not broadcast input array from shape (0,) into shape (1,3).

 I check the property of the core.shp,  they were all right.And they count from 1,not 0.So i have no idea about the shape(0,) above.

Could you give me some advice ,thank you so much.

Hello Cheng Gao, Thanks for including the .txt file.  We have a new version of Linkage Mapper, Version 3.0.1 Beta1. It will fix the errors regarding ArcPro changes in the syntax of time.  Hopefully that fixes the other error too. Please let us know if it does not. Thank you, John

Hello Jhon, The erro above is actually reported after i ran the new version3.0.1 Beta 1. Sorry i didn't mark the key erro , Here it is---- File "D:\REoutput\toolbox\scripts\s2_buildNetwork.py", line 266, in get_adj_list outAdjList[:, 0:3] = inAdjList[0:3] ValueError: could not broadcast input array from shape (0,) into shape (1,3)

Hello Daniel,

Estrano. Usually the log file shows how many pixels and how many cores you have.  Did you send just a portion?  Also, I notice you are using 3.1-Beta.  I'm pretty sure that is the same as v 3.1 for this issue, but not positive.  Can you get 3.1 from the website and try that with teh sample data, and then with your data? And if that does not work send the whole log file? Or at least just delete only the lines that you don't want to share?

I'm using 3.0.0 but I don't know why the 3.1 error appears. beta

Hi Daniel,

It looks to me like your scripts directory has some v3.0.0 scripts and some 3.1-Beta scripts.

Also, the related bug in this original thread was solved after v 3.0.0.

For both reasons, I suggest you delete the old version of the software from your computer (or at least move it to a "temp" folder) , and you download and use v 3.1 , from here: https://linkagemapper.org/Downloads/
