Geoprocessing error on **line 739** of lm_util.py in Linkage Mapper Version 3.0.0

Hello,

I was running the Linkage Pathways tool successfully, but then I updated the resistance raster with some new land cover data, and now I'm getting the error:

Geoprocessing error on **line 739** of lm_util.py in Linkage Mapper Version 3.0.0:
---------------------------------
ERROR 999999: Error executing function.
Failed to execute (RasterToPolyline).

I've attached the log file. Any tips on how to fix this?

Hi MLM,

Looks like the projections and coordinate systems of the core and resistance feature classes are different.  Make them the same projection and try again?  Please let me know how it goes.
