morphology dictionaries and parsing

Hi Linas, Sergey et.al.!

Can the LG provide insights (or data) for morphology parsing,
disassembling words like "predetermined" into pieces like
"pre"+"determine"+"d"?

I guess this scan be mined in Russian version

but I am not sure if can get this for English.
