Problem installing link-grammar on Mavericks

No package 'sqlite3' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you

installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables SQLITE3_CFLAGS

and SQLITE3_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

This is the error message I am getting while installing and I don't know the work around for this.
