Chiwawa module -- A drop in replacement for the Yun's Athero chipset

Hi,

I am wondering if the Chiwawa modules are a drop in replacement for the Atheros chipset used in the Yun? I am considering an Arduino Yun based design for project and I am trying to find out if I could use the Chiwawa module in my design.

I see that the Chiwawa module has the LGA pin arrangement. I am assuming an X-Ray inspection setup is required for inspecting the solders when manufactured in batches?
