I've been using Health Sync for a few days to sync activity captured with my 735XT through Garmin Connect to Google Fit. Seems to work pretty good, but would be better if Garmin would make their app compatible with Google Fit.
I used Heath Sync to allow Google fit receive data from my Garmin connect. It seems to work but I noticed that steps reported by Google fit, after having synchronised, are systematically higher than what reported on Connect. As an example, now Connect says almost 9.000 steps (7.1 km), while Google fit reports almost 13.660 (9.6 km). I do not know how the sync combines steps coming from Connect with steps coming directly from Google fit (via phone detection). Even if I always wear my Garmin watch, I do not always have the phone in my pocket, so Google fit should count less steps than Connect, but it anyway counts its own amount of steps. I understand that when sync happen, Google fit should do its math to avoid double account of steps. So I should not find differences between Google fit and Garmin connect. Someone have suggestions on what is happening?
I recently (had to) upgraded to a newer tablet because the old one was no longer going to work with T-Mobile. So, I moved my Lightroom mobile over to it and get a message that 'Syncing over cellular network is currently disabled. Tap here to change the settings.' So, I tap here and am taken to the preference menu. There is no sync options here. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still, no joy.
Use cellular data menu item is not in preferences menu. Samsung Tab 7 FE 5G. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, no change. Right now I can only sync over wifi. I need to be able to sync over 5G, but I can't turn that on because the option is not available.
Install it. Open it. It will tell you to,upgrade hit no. Then it allows you to enable cellular sync the option is there to do so. Enable it then close lightroom. O0en it back up hit upgrade use the GOOGLE PLAY STORE, and upgrade to the newest version. The option fo enable or disable cellular isn't there but it remembers your selection and walaa cell sync works.

I guess all galaxy watches do not share s-health data with third party apps like facer, unless they are s-health partners. So such watch faces have to make health related readings on their own, in times defined in them, which are most likely not in sync with s-health measurement.
...if you have logged in with the same details you used on another device. I second the question though: what seems to be the problem? Evernote syncs from the server out to each device connected to your account, and back again. If you have another device with notes on that has synced to the server (check by logging into Evernote.com on a desktop browser), you should be able to see those notes on a mobile synced to the same account.
I just got a Note 8, which ought to work pretty similarly. Please do give more details of what's going wrong. My notes have synced to the Evernote app on my phone without a hitch, and I've been able to find a workaround to sync Samsung Notes (for what they're worth) to my Evernote account also.
I am a new guy to Android and to the Note 8. I am interested in how you get Samsung Notes to sync with Evernote. I have been using Evernote for sometime and prefer Evernote as an aggregation site for my information/notes/ideas/etc.
Hi @maybaum and welcome to the forums! I actually wrote a post more-or-less relevant to this: -evernote-and-lockscreen-notes-on-a-samsung-note-8/. I worked on it in connection with the lockscreen notes feature of the Note 8. The gist is that lockscreen notes are saved to Samsung Notes, and Samsung Notes will sync only to your Samsung account, but not to Evernote (what, you don't center your life on your Samsung account? ).
There's another, older (and better, IMHO) app called S Notes that can sync directly to Evernote (it's available in the Play Store). (Good info on Samsung Notes vs. S Notes in a Reddit post here: _between_s_note_and_samsung_notes_and/; scroll down to zolares' long comment).
What exactly syncs from S Note to Evernote is a bit complicated. Apparently, what is actually synced is an attached S Note .spd file and an image of the S Note. On the Android device, there is a separate main-menu top-level category "S Notes"; if you tap on a note there, it opens in S Note, not in Evernote. However, an automatically synced note is also created as a note in the default notebook, available in the Windows app and on the Web as well as the Android device, with the body of the note (even a purely text note) as an image (the attached .spd file is also there). Text in the image does become searchable (it can take a minute), with limitations: it can only be found by searching the notebook or all notes, not by searching within the note; and handwriting does not become searchable at all.
But wait, there's more: in S Note, as in Samsung Notes, you can tap Share, choose a format (S Note .spd file, JPG, PNG, PDF, or text only), and then Add to Evernote. This will add a note to the default notebook (in addition to the automatically synced note), in which both text and handwriting are indexed and searchable (in JPG and PDF formats, anyway, and within the limitations Evernote has for those formats). If you choose the text-only option, of course, all the text is searchable, but naturally any handwriting won't come through at all.
I hope all that is helpful. What works best for you, of course, will depend on the kinds of notes you're interested in creating and sharing. Two more points: the Android clipboard is available in both Samsung Notes and S Note, unlike Evernote, which can be convenient when typing text notes. And in all the above, note the difference between syncing and sharing. A synced note (possible only in S Note) will be updated in Evernote if you make changes to it. (The reverse cannot be done: you can't edit a note synced from S Note in Evernote, because it's in a proprietary format.) A shared note, OTOH, has only the state of the note at the time it was shared. Any further editing, whether in S Note or Samsung Notes or in Evernote, will not be synced automatically.
Stridekick cannot guarantee that Health Sync will accurately and reliably sync steps from Samsung Health to Google Fit. As your data is being transferred between a few different apps, [Samsung Health > Health Sync > Google Fit > Stridekick] it is possible that some data will get lost along the way. We can only sync the steps, distance, and active minutes data that are showing in the Google Fit app on your phone.

Health Sync recently shared that after June 30, 2020, steps data can't be synced into Samsung Health. This does not appear to impact the ability for Health Sync to pull steps from Samsung Health into Google Fit as shown above.
Stridekick is separate from Health Sync and is not responsible for use of the Health Sync app. The Health Sync Privacy Policy can be accessed here. According to their Privacy Policy, Health Sync does not store your health data. Health Sync transfers the data during the sync operation.
Godox has an app which works with the X2T transmitter. It is supposed to sync your phone camera to whatever flash you can fire with the transmitter. PC sync port on one or more of their receivers should do the trick.
Studio strobe phone photography sounds like good fun.
1 Available on 2022 and newer Samsung QLED TVs in the Q60 or higher range (support for Q700 coming soon). If your TV supports the Hue Sync TV app, it will appear when you search for it in Apps. Alternatively, check the product specifications of your TV model on www.samsung.com.
Once your Galaxy and your PC are synchronized, you can do more than just share files. You can get pop-up notifications from your phone through your PC, like updates regarding incoming phone calls, or send and receive text messages directly from the app on your computer.
You can also use features exclusive to your Galaxy while on your desktop, and enable your keyboard and mouse to type directly onto your phone from your PC. Most importantly, once your devices are synced, you never have to worry about losing precious files in the event of your phone dying ever again.
I can move files freely between desktop and phone, but if I try to sync, I get a "denied access" to a file which is not on the phone, but rather in a Windows cache location. It could be SideSync uses that for comm with the phone; I don't know. I successfully used SideSync to copy my kdbx file to the phone, so FreePass works fine there; I just can't sync. Has anyone had/solved this problem? Thanks.
This is strange as you are able to view few of the calendar entries. It should either be synchronized all or none. Could you please provide more information such as how many calendars you have and how many are visible. Are you facing this on Android device only?
The entries would be synchronized once the device is activated. However, if you are still seeing the issue I would request you to gather the logs from Sophos Secure email and raise a case support case to get this investigated. Please PM me the case number so that I would be able to check on it.
Samsung has a companion app for its Galaxy/Gear wearables. The app gives you complete control over your new wearable, from changing watch faces to updating software. And obviously, once you sync your watch with the app, you get your phone notifications right on your wrist. So, get going straightaway. Download the Galaxy Wearable app (Samsung Galaxy Watch for iOS) on your smartphone now.
