Linice 2.6 released

Hi,

This is a long overdue release with a small modification that fixes the
seg fault in the linsym on builds where getlogin() returns NULL.

Thanks to few people who pointed out the problem recently, I had it
fixed back in March, but it was on the development link, not released,
so that's probably why some of you missed it.
