Hello LL group members,

I've just returned to the Google group after an absence and was a bit
shocked to find some porn ad on top. Apologies to those of you who've
had to suffer through this. I've removed it, and changed permissions
on the site so that only managers can modify pages. Please let me or
other group managers (Heiko, Carla) know if you'd like this or have
another idea about how to keep this garbage off our site.

Best regards,

David Malinowski

Hello everybody,

thanks again David for taking care so well about things!

This reminds me that I would like to inform you that we have indeed been
able to organise an LL work-shop for the International Conference on
Minority Languages XII (ICML-XII) in Tartu (Estonia) on May 27-30, 2009.
http://www.icml.ut.ee/
The exact time slot for our work-shop within the programme has not been
fixed yet, but I'll keep you up-dated!

We're very happy that we will have a great opportunity for looking at
specific experiences and questions to be addressed for the potential which
LL has in minority language settings. So if this is a further source of
motivation for some of you to come to the rural areas of the Baltic States
in beautiful May, we'd be very happy to see you!

Please find below a brief programme of the work-shop.

Yours

Heiko
