Futher help needed with TAACO

Dear PROFESSORS

     Thank you for your apply before. The current situation is that I am wondering that would that be  acceptable if the outcomes of TAACO turn out to be negative( < 0 ). Whether extra processing, such as taking the abusolute value of the raw outcomes, would be needed before further analysis. I have also read about LDA outcomes being computed as  divergence, so following processing was included in that reasearch: LDA scores were reversed (i.e., by subtracting them from one).  Iwas totally confused.
