Lingual 2.0 wip with Apache Tez support

Hi,

we are happy to announce the first public build of lingual 2.0 on
Cascading 3 with Apache Tez support.

This version introduces the 'hadoop2-tez' platform to run your SQL on
Apache Tez. It requires that you have configured Tez correctly:
https://tez.apache.org/install.html

The 'local', 'hadoop' and 'hadoop2-mr1' platforms are of course also
still supported. The jars - including the jdbc drivers - are on
conjars.org and you can download the latest client distribution like
so:

wget -i http://files.concurrentinc.com/lingual/2.0/lingual-client/latest.txt

Please give it a try and let us know if you run into any issues.
