Regarding Measure Theory short course by Prof K B Athreya

Hello all,

We are planning to request Prof K B Athreya  to conduct a short  course on Measure theory at the CSA department  during the second week or third week of January 2013. Prof K.B Athreya is an eminent researcher in the areas of Probability, stochastic processes, stochastic modeling, mathematical statistics. He is well known for his textbooks on Measure Theory. Prof K B Athreya has kindly agreed to conduct these lectures ( about 4-5 lectures )  if there is sufficient interest in the course. If you are interested in attending these lectures, please enter the relevant details in the google form link given below. You can also suggest any particular topic that you want Prof Athreya to cover and we can request him to cover them in this short course. Please fill the details by Jan 9, 2013 so that we can make the required arrangement for the course. 

The course will be held after the official hours ( after 5 PM ) and we will email the exact timings in due course.
