Dear Amit and All,
Could not resist myself to register a domain fiatforum.in. So now
what's the plan? I can install phpbb/smf and start this all new forum.
Suggestions welcome!
Enjoying my Linea MJD E+ even in the 14th month of possession!

Both are forum software :)

Samples here:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php
http://www.phpbb.com/community/index.php

Seeing this you might be tempted to go for simple machines (smf) but trust me, phpBB has got good features and some very cool skins to spice up the user interface :)

Good going. Even I'm enjoying, but only on weekends as my wife has
stopped taking company bus or auto :(

I'm actually not a Fiat fan, but a true car lover. However, this Linea
phenomenon is something. I'm liking it :)

So now we have support in following areas:

- Forum software - Dr Amit & Raman
- server space - Raman
- Creatives - Logo's/ Design/ Looks etc - Anup

There is some work already going on, shall coordinate & integrate all
of the above with you guy's help

We're on the right track :)

I was absent for a few days sans some busy schedule of entrance exams
and personal commitments and so glad to see a host of new members who
have joined our family.

Great going guys, i hope our forum is up very soon...

Hi,

Just a suggestion.

Already we have fiatforum.com, the international forum for Fiat products, which is UK-based.  I am already a member, so is VahanPujari, and perhaps, many others from LUCI.  I find, fiatforum.com is very simple, member-friendly, and the last but not the least, not dictatorial.  We have a Linea group there also, but I must admit that it is not at all active.  Instead of creating a separate forum, could it not be better to utilize the existing fiatforum.com by making it more active by greater participation?  If more members enrol and with greater participation, the same platform could be exploited without any capital expenditure.

Thanks.

Was a tad busy last week. Guys let me know once the name is final & I
can get cracking on the Logo. Also we need a snug line / a tag line
along with it. I guess each member can suggest 2 - 3 tag lines & based
on a consensus we can finalize one.
