It's okay

It's very sturdy and well built. my issue with this sight is that it has some conditions that it does not do well in. what you're aiming at and what environment you're in maybe different.

aiming at a target with a white background while you're under shade can make picking out the triangle a little more difficult to acquire quickly, which is the whole point of an 12 MOA Sight.

if you're in a sunny spot aiming at a sunny spot it's perfect or dark room aiming at a dark target it works well. dark room aiming out to a sunny spot you'll probably have issues unless you're co-witnessing.

The best optic you could buy

This RMR is great! I have it on my M&P pro CORE in .40 the large green triangle aids in quick sight acquisition. I zeroed it at 7 yds for the round to hit at the tip of the triangle by doing this I can hit a 2" circle out to 15 yds and a 4" circle at 25 yds.
The great thing about 12.9 moa triangle as well on the pistol if your into ballistics, the round doesn't drop out of that triangle until it gets to about 138 yds. I practice from 3 yds all the way out to 150 yds with my pistol. And have no problem hitting a 14" steel gong at 150 yds. Also, this is on my EDC pistol and people ask me all the time if it gets in the way or adds to the overall bulk of the pistol. My answer is I don't even know it's there. I am just under 6' and weigh 189 lbs and have never had an issue concealing a full size pistol. And i dress in regular cloths no fishing jackets or trench coats. Just jeans or shorts and a t shirt.

Tough and well made but the 12m amber dot is brighter

This thing is combat tough and limbic system simple - I also have the 12m amber dot sight and the amber dot is brighter. This is important when you are someplace dark aiming at a well lit target. There are conditions when you cannot see the dot or triangle at all, but the dot is less sensitive to light differences between the target and the sight. Other than that its perfect - I shoot it accurately with my AR out to 100 yards and it could probably go to 150 before parallax gets too bad. So - if you are going to spend the $$$ I would recommend this brand 110% but I would get one of the dots based upon the two that I have.
