5Perfect!
By Honest-Abe
Expensive but perfect. The polarize give me deeper contrast and reduces reflection. The later the most important when taking images of wildlife in, on or near water. No post processing application can remove reflection to reveal underwater features and colors. There are times when you want reflection for that mirror effect. Unlike other polarizers, it does not screw on the front of the lens but drops in a slot at the back. It has a spindle to turn to maximize the effect just like a regular polarizer would.

5Polarizer Filter
By Ralph M. Lewis
When you are building are a professional tool box there are some pieces that one must have. I have always considered a c-pl one of the essentials in my camera case. I often shoot where reflections can be an issue. You need this piece to make a quality shot. It stays in the lens all of the time. How else are you going to give bald eagles their due on the water? Shipping time was excellent. I use Amazon because they do not fail me.

4Does the job
By Pete V
Does what a CP filter is supposed to do. I typically haven't used it much, but when needed, it's available! Having to turn a thumb wheel to rotate the filter isn't as handy as just spinning one around with your fingers at the end of an open lens. But having a LARGE one at the "end" of an f2.8 300 mm prime lens would be a lot more expensive!
