Yes, we are good to go for the facility use. The Church address 1645 West st. Concord, 94521 the gym is 24 hr fitness @ 359 Sun Valley mall, Concord 94520. The Church # 925-685-5260 My # 925-360-4062. I believe our Pastor will be accompaning you to the gym. Also on saturday eve.  the 26th we will be presenting a talent show if you would like to join us.  We will be selling hot dogs,sodas etc. as a fund raiser.

bart millar here from lincoln hs in portland, oregon. i am just confirming that we are still on to use your facility from the afternoon of march 21, monday, through early sunday march 27.

if you could also send exact address and any contact telephone numbers once we arrive, we would be grateful.

finally, we will need the address of the facility (fitness club?) where we will be able to clean up, so we can start mapquesting our driving routes and planning for our workdays.

i will bring a contribution check with me in hand when we arrive.

Thanks for the email! I’ve attached info on the worksite – unfortunately it is not open until the 23^rd, as our build days run Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Please be sure that all the kids have printed and had a parent or guardian sign three copies of our minor waiver form, which I sent in a previous email.
