Inkscape to Gerber for PCB

to Lincoln Hackspace

just need to go from SVG (or any other INKSCAPE file format) to GERBER to get this PCB part of my 3Bit switch made up

I did read a DIY one that gives me a NC file, GCode then goes on to talk about CNC

Just want Top Bottom Gerber files for a two layer PCB (and thought holes) on a 30mm disc and the other side (this) is 22mm
Need STEP BY STEP as im very simple at times.
