As seen on AvE's youtoob video: Do an ebay search for Fluke 15 or Fluke 17.
These are apparently genuine Fluke meters, but made exclusively for the Chinese market. They're not intended for resale elsewhere, but off course are showing up in listings. (Apparently they've been around for some time, but not widely publicised.)
They start at £55 and reviews are generally positive. Not as high spec as the higher priced versions, but they look pretty damn good for the money.
