No Fencing Tonight, Wednesday, December 19 due to inclement weather.  LFC will be open Thursday, weather permitting. 

REMINDER: If Lincoln Public Schools are cancelled because of weather, LFC will also be closed!

 

 HOLIDAY PARTY!!   Saturday, January 12, 2013, 5:30pm -7:30 pm. Win door prizes and learn about LFC’s plans for the New year. This will be a potluck-style dinner. We are asking each family to please bring a dish and a two-liter drink to share. LFC will provide table service. LFC Annual Lock-in to follow at 8:00pm-8:00am. Fencing, fun, games, movies, prizes, snacks, and breakfast are included. Please bring a sleeping bag and pillow as well as comfortable clothing and shoes. You can also bring personal fencing gear, or you may use the club’s equipment. Cost per child $20.00. ALSO, we would love to have your donations for door prizes. Please drop them off at club behind the glass display counter. 

LFC Yays!

* Yay! to Joel & Mary McCheseny for welcoming traveling LFC fencers into their home during the Wisconsin Tournament trip and for coming out to support our fencers.

* Yay! to Kit, Kristian, & Sean for a successful Dream 62 Foundation fundraiser! Be watching your mail for more information about this!

* Yay! to the Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau for approving a grant that will fund advertising for our Icicle and Youth Classic tournaments as well as allow us to provide equipment sales at these events. Please contact Kit Boesch if you would be interested in helping us develop the marketing materials for these tournaments.
