LFC WILL BE OPEN ON LABOR DAY  with afternoon classes AND open fencing.  Fencers never stop fencing!

 

The LFC Annual Picnic and Espada was a great success. The award winners for the 2011-2012 season are: 

Most improved Youth: Ames Andelt

Most Improved Cadet: Matt McManigal

Most improved Adult: Sean Carmichael

 

Cutting Edge Award: Joe Butler

 

Coaches awards:

Kris Siekmeyer for really pushing forward with getting youth to go to tournaments and helping out with registration paperwork.

Kathy Haake for handling all the random stuff like water, lock-ins, tournaments, etc. and stepping up to president role this next year,

Mike Sklenar for saving us in the armory weekly, even with a banged up shoulder.

Kit Boesch for raising so much money and finding new opportunities for us to grow.

 

Outgoing President's Award:  Brad Tucker for so reliable, organizing the set-up and tear-down of every tournament,

and always willing to help out whenever the club needs something.
