Can anyone tell me how many grams of salt or sugar in a teaspoon?
Also, how many grams of fat per day should we limit ourselves to? I
know that we need less than 20 % of our calories in fat. Thanks, Mike

Narelle has supplied the following answer:
Granulated Sugar 1 tsp is 4 grams
Salt 1 tsp is 6 grams
A good website for Mike is www.nutritiondata.com No need to
register or sign in, just search the food for which data is wanted.
