I am at my Ambush Alley in Binga, Zimbabwe for another week. I am sure the LPCA have obtained a copy but as per their usual secrecy and confidentiality policy will keep the information to themselves even though it is of crucial interest to the Community they are supposed to serve, but do not.

We have got confirmation from Lloyd Druce, one of the Town Planners that is very active in the area, that there have been no changes to the Master Plan that was presented to us as the final draft a few months ago.
This was the same plan that we presented at the LPCA AGM
