It is with consternation that Wednesday the 4^th July came and went without any recycling bags being delivered to Linbro Park residents in compliance with the dictates of the City of Johannesburg.

 

During June when compulsory recycling was announced I phoned Gerhard Loggerenberg, the operations manager at Piki Tup and was assured that the bags would be delivered when Piki Tup collects our domestic refuse.

 

Piki Tup, the shining example of good governance or the inability to be able to organize a piss-up in a brewery - WITH A MANUAL !

 

IT IS HIGH TIME THAT MANAGEMENT BE TAKEN TO TASK !
