trunk5117 bugs report

Dear linbox friend,

I have carefully installed the linbox trunk 5117. A few bugs after trying tests  are reported as follows:

1. BMD.inv(invA,A); bug (identity matrix is wrongly resulted for invA) for test-blas-domain.C

2. mOneFromCst bug in test-field.h for test-block-ring.C

3. LABlockLanczosSolver requires BlasMatrix() which doesn't exist.

4. ERROR in reconstruction ? (3) bug for test-last-invariant-factor.C, test-rational-solver.C, test-rational-solver-adaptive.C, test-smith-form.C, test-smith-form-adaptive.C, test-smith-form-binary.C

5. LinBox::BLAS3::mul bug for test-toom-cook.C

6. C++ API inconsistent bugs for test-dense-zero-one.C, test-ftrmm.C, test-sparse-map-map.C
