How to detect if the controls are overlapping

Before Serializing the controls, I want to do a sanity check to see if any of the controls are overlapping another. Do you alrady have some inbuilt funciton to check this?

If so, please do let me know how to use it.

There is a prop: zIndex

And tabindex.
