If you see a message that the code you entered has already been used, it typically means that the card has already been redeemed on an account. Check the Billing Details or Membership page to see if the gift card balance was applied. If you don't see the gift card balance on your account, please contact us.

If you entered the code correctly but still see this message, it could mean that your card has not been activated yet by the merchant. Please wait 24 hours before trying to redeem your gift card again. If you continue to see this error, please contact us.

If you see a message that the code you entered cannot be used with your account, it typically means that you're trying to redeem a gift card on an account that is billed through Apple, or linked to a Netflix-included package.

If your account is linked to a Netflix-included package, you can save the gift card and use it when your account is no longer linked to a package, or you can redeem it on a different Netflix account.

Hello, long time user of paypal, first time with a question. Ive had my paypal all set up with my bank card and have been using it to pay for netflix for about 4-5 months now. However, I woke up this morning to find a email from them saying my account is on hold because they could not porcess my paypal information.

so... i check my profile there... found nothing wrong. checked my profile here... found nothing out of the ordinary. no fees owed or anything like that. Call netflix custommer service line... they tell me to make sure nothing is wrong here.

Now, i did have some trouble a month ago when netflix charged to my paypal, my paypal charged my bank.. to find no money(overspent on christmas, forgot about the incomming charge) so I had to fix those fees, which I did. So im really not sure what is wrong. is paypal angry with me and no longer allowing things to be processed through my bank account? it doesnt seem so, as ive spent money at other sites just fine. I'm really just kinda stuck and confused... any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue. Ive been a Netflix customer for years and Use PayPal for many daily transactions. Today I received an email saying payment wasnt processed, now I can only enter a credit card.

Same issue. The problem is with NETFLIX. PayPal claims Netflix changed the payment parameters so the paypal account needs to be verified by a credit card. I wasted an entire day, and got bounced back & forth. Netflix said it was Paypal's issue, and Paypal said it was Netflix. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE due to the fact that neither company, even the supervisors did not appear to know what the heck is going on? Pathetic. 4 phone calls!!!

I transfer funds from my bank account to my paypal account. The money is just sitting there waiting for Netflix to take it, but they will not because i have no credit card? There is no reason they need one. When talking to Netflix, the CSR even said they don't need to verify a paypal account, and they could not understand why the subscription process demands a credit card. Despite this I can't complete my account with Netflix without a credit card.

I have a subscription to Netflix that is billed monthly and deducted from the credit I have with the iTunes Store. However I just received a "Billing Problem" email that states Billing Problem, update payment information. I do not have a credit card on file as I have a substantial credit on file and the correct balance is showing. I have had Netflix for two years and never had this issue. Why would I now receive a Billing Problem?

As I'm unable to review your account details here, I suggest that you contact Apple Media Services. They have additional tools used to clarify questions just like this one. You can contact them here: Apple - Support - Solutions

It may have been a phishing email as my most recent charge from Netflix went through without any issues and I haven't received any further emails. Unfortunately my computer crashed and I lost my email so cannot even check the validity of that particular email. However there was no link within the email so didn't think it suspicious.

My r7 370k GPU crashes while im watching netlflix or hulu. I can watch videos on youtube without a problem, and games work fine as well. It is reading a code 12 error code when I view the device in device manager. Anyone have any insight on this problem? thanks in advance

I am sure many of us could offer some advice unfortunately we really need the required information about your system to be able to begin to help and please include what software you are using to view the mentioned streaming services.

sorry for so much time passing for my reply. I usually watch Netflix in the Microsoft edge browser and according to device manager I am using driver version 23.20.15017.3010. let me know if you need any specifications. My BSOD reads system_service_exception and what failed is atikmdag.sys. Hope this of more help. thanks. Additional info: before the windows 10 creators update, my computer ran Netflix with no problems whatsoever.

Have you reported the issue to Microsoft and asked them what they changed and why their browser doesn't work since the creators update? You may want to do that as well as letting AMD know about it, which you still have not if you have not submitted an issue report or opened a support ticket. The links for those are in Radeon Settings, the driver download page or contact page on the AMD website. I have no idea what will fix this. I can only tell you I don't use edge ever, and netflix runs fine for me out of chrome and opera. I watch it all the time. My Windows and browsers are fully up to date. My suggestion would be to try another browser until hopefully MS and AMD figure out a fix. This is certainly not the first I have heard of issues like this. They have come and gone several times over the past couple years. One think you could try, not sure if edge allows this, I know the other browsers do, is to turn off hardware acceleration. This may help until there is a driver or software fix.

that sounds like an app problem. I would report that issue to Netflix as well. If nothing else they may be able to pinpoint where fault is and attack the issue from the other end. These issues can be hardware, driver, app or Windows itself.

Have exactly the same with the same card! Since an interface update they made early 2020.Prime followed the same interface and now has the same issues. But here it freezes, need to reset the pc. After reboot works fine. Seems totaly ramdom, and it is only whilst that dam pop out images from the program cover pops.

I had the error while using my sound card, after switching from the AMD hdmi sound which is to the television I have hooked up. Since then I have also disabled all the hdmi soundports as I use only the optical on my sound card to my stereo, and the usb on my hyperx. This seems to have corrected the problem in total.

Hello,
I recently got a HDSPe RayDAT card, and migration of the DAW and all other music related software went without a hitch. However, I ran into an odd problem with the Netflix Windows app, as this is also my daily machine.

If I have the interface set to 48 kHz / 24 bit (which is my working sample rate), with "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" checked on the Speakers WDM device, Netflix fails to play any audio. It will play bursts of noise when jumping to a location in the video, and stops all other audio streams on the system when starting up.

If I change the rate to 44.1 kHz or 96 kHz, or if I block exclusive control at 48 kHz, Netflix will play normally. Notably the app has no audio settings apart from choice of 2.0 or 5.1 soundtrack, which has no effect on the issue.

What could be wrong here? I would assume Netflix content to be in 48 kHz, so maybe it is trying to play a bit-perfect stream when the system is set to that rate, and fails at it. I have tested WASAPI playback at both 44.1 and 48 kHz with Foobar2000 and had no issues there. Also Netflix via browser works fine at any system sample rate.

Netflix use compression in many different ways for streaming depending on bandwidth.
they say up to 640 kbps at 5.1 surround but they don't tell about Bit or kHz sampling rate.
You have to give the control to Netflix and be happy when it works.

The most common cause for experiencing Netflix problem with the payment method you are trying to use is using a card or payment method that is not universally supported by Netflix or within your specific region.

Hence, we recommend that you either add a card or payment platform with valid information or check and modify your payment information to confirm its accuracy. That can be done by following the steps below:

In such situations, we suggest reaching out to Netflix customer support and explaining your problem. Request an in-chat option to update your payment method. They will provide you with a secure form that does not reveal your card details to the agent. Use this form to successfully update your payment information and resolve the payment error.
