url_for() removing url parameter set to 0

I wanted to use a zero as a parameter in my URL (e.g. /activity/0/)
but found it was being removed by the url_for function. I could work
around this problem by changing if(!empty($v)) to if(isset($v)) in the
url_for function. Is this change going to create issues for me?

you found a bug ;-)
replace if(!empty($v)) with if($v != "") and it will be ok.
I will fix that soon.
