Ricardo,
Those MADB updates/improvements sound very useful. I’d like to be notified, too, when you release the update so that we can test it out and start using it. We are heavily using the MADB editor and these updates will be helpful.
Thanks,

Thanks Andrew,
CUrrently working on redoing the MADB editor and this should fix the observed issues. The new madb will improve the user experience by allowing all edits in the same tab and also allow max response time in matrix priority to be a text instead of time range
It should be released this month. I will keep you posted.
Thanks

As a note, we are actually working with the Schneider Experts on Alarm management and the whole interface and changes will be more streamline, less clicks and less confirmations. Copy and Paste will be improves as well filtering capabilities.
Next step will be to produce customizable reports for Alarm Management and Advanced Queries. It will be an optional PDF report that will be able to be customized for a more professional look.
Thanks
Ricardo,
The new MADB design looks great and will help save some time by entering the information on one tab. The less clicks and confirmations will also be helpful, as there does seem to be more than necessary at times. I look forward to trying it out.

That is great news – we are just getting into the D&R sessions on site, original plan was to use the PSS software by PAS – but my preference won out to use FoxRay.
This was due to the very high level of support and efficiency at fixing issues and adding features – well done!
