Shelve command causes FAST to crash

Hey guys,
I have a problem with a system, I would like to check if anyone has faced it too.
The plant has 8 WPs + 4 AWs and this strange behavior is only occurring in 3 WPs. When I right-click and select "Shelve Alarm", the login screen appears. After selecting enter with the correct credentials, FAST crashes and the station's CPU goes to 100%. The FAST status in the Task Manager is "Not Responding" and the task must be terminated. I did a test: I removed the "Shelve" command from the obj.mnu file and the FAST interface opens when you click on the tag in FoxView and select Shelve Alarm. You can use Find Tag, but when you double-click on the desired tag, the crash happens in the same way. Clearly the crash is linked to the tag selection in the Shelve Alarm command. On the other stations, FAST works correctly, so this makes me believe that there are no problems with the config.txt files and the Proxy configuration.
System with IA 8.5, FV 10.2, System Auditor 3.0 and FAST 1.3.0.
