Hello Foxray people,
I have a few questions for those of you with Foxray/SA and have made the
switch from IATIME to UTC.
Our system is mixed, MESH (CCS v9.1) and Nodebus (v6.2.1). We are at a
point where we can wean ourselves off of IATIME and join the late 20th
century in using UTC. This change will occur during a site-wide process
outage later this year.
The question is how Foxray handles the switch in time in regard to
things that have a time stamp: historian data, process alarms, system
alarms, OAJ, etc. Do we have to do anything special to let Foxray know
about the change? Or is it pretty much bumpless as far as Foxray is
concerned?
Thanks for any info.
