Alarm Shelving Utility conflict with WWTrend package

Hi All,

We've SA ver. 3.0.3 with ASU ver. 1.5.0 and WW Historian.

On the Operator workstation where they've both the wwtrends package and the ASU, we noticed when the WWTrends are opened in any screen (out of Quad head) , once we launch the ASU to shelve any alarms, it causes conflict with the wwTrend . the following describes the conflict:

Conflict with“Shelve” / “Unshelve” action when Wonderware historian already open.Selecting the “Shelve” / “Unshelve” action results in an error (see attached screen dump) which also clears the open trend.If more than 1 trend is open, then multiple errors have to becleared before the shelving application will open.

Can anyone help to solve it?

I could not see the attachment (i believe the group does not allow that). Please open a case at GCS since this is probably a wwTrend issue and they should be able to reproduce it.
