LMS6002D Power dissipation per supply breakdown

I like to know the power dissipation breakdown of the TX and RX paths of LMS6002D form different supply voltages.

Whats is the bias current for each of the following supplies under maximum gain settings (or max power dissipation conditions)? 

• TRX 1.8 V
• TRX 3.3 V
• 1.8 V Digital core supply
• 1.8 V Digital peripheral supply
