escaping full-screen apps in limelight

i'm using:

kiosk true
framed false
always_on_top true

but for the life of me i can't figure out how to escape this
application...does anyone know?

got lucky and found the right sequence after hammering away at the
keyboard:

Command+Q

That's right. In Kiosk, the intent is to completely take control of the desktop. All of the OS hot keys are disabled. Even Cmd-Q can be disabled if Production.allow_close? is implemented to return false.
