Arranging Channels and Nicks in Order

does anyone know if there is a way to arrange the channel nicks according to hierarchy (eg. operators at the top, voiced mods next, channel guests at the bottom?)

also, is there a way to arrange channels in alphabetical order? 

this would be very helpful
