I am wondering if this was a mispost, but on the website it says for
Leopard to use version 1.0, and Snow Leopard to use version 0.2

--- just wanted to make sure this is what you meant.

Version 1.0 crashes right away on Snow Leopard. Not so nice surprise
because Limechat has become my #1 IRC client.

I released 1.1 for Snow Leopard recently.
Please update.

The latest version didn't crash on me. Not near the computer to give
the version number.

This week I installed Snow Leopard on my MacPro and on my MacBook Pro.
I downloaded the SL version of Limechat and installed it on both
machines. Limechat on my desktop machine runs fine, on the MacBook Pro
however it launches and then quits VERY quickly. I'm at a loss for
why. I've since tried to reinstall SL Limechat on the laptop but get
the same crash. I'm looking for suggestions ...

Here is the error I see in Console.

CodeOfficer, you need to remove the old /Library/Frameworks/RubyCocoa.framework.

Thanks August, removing it solved the issue.

Weird though. These were both clean installs on Snow Leopard I'm still
not sure what installed that older version of RubyCocoa on my laptop.

Interesting!
