Mp4 with subtitles, subtitles not shown?

I have some mp4 files on limbomedia, but cant get subtitles too work in webplayer.

files are made by vidcoder

if i enable mediaconverter it doesn't extract any subtitles eighter

any advise?

Hi,

seems you're using an unsupported (and not very mainstream) subtitle format (TX3G / TimedText).

At the moment we do only support WebVtt and SRT embedded subtitles, but since your format is text based and there seems to be support in ffmpeg (our video/audio library), we'll check if we can enable such kinds of subtitles for our next release.
