Hi everyone!
So the time has come for the FIRST EVER AFK (away from keyboard) meeting of the Limassol Hackerspace community! Make sure to enter your availability in the doodle created for this purpose.
It will be an amazing opportunity to get to know each other in person and to discuss the next steps (securing a physical space, organization/structure, etc.)
I'm thinking we should hold the event at the CUTting edge space of the Cyprus Technological University (make sure to check it out, it's well worth it!). A provisional date for the meeting would be Tuesday July 22nd at 18:30. If that is not convenient, then make sure to submit your availability in the doodle, and next week we will decide when to hold the meeting depending on time/date popularity.

It looks like the most popular time for the meeting is next Monday (July 21st) at 20:00. Some people will be there from 19:30, feel free to join me at that time.

CUTting edge is next to the Elixir cocktail bar, so we can go for a few drinks after the meeting! :)
A provisional list of items to do in the AFK meeting (although it will be tough to get them all in one go):
- Get to know each other face-to-face!
- Discuss and get a clear idea of what all of us are trying to create
- Talk about what will be the next steps and what initiatives each of us will need to take
- Discuss how we can grow the community and generally how we can spread the word even more
- Getting started with common projects by the community (maybe participate in the Hackaday Prize Contest as "Limassol Hackerspace"?)
- Securing a space
- Decide on a fixed day + time at which we can hold our meetings each week
- Have fun
- Go for drinks
You can reply with items you want to discuss below. Oh, and it goes without saying, but feel free to bring friends along!

Great! Let the game begin! :D I would love to be there but due to being abroad I could be there by Skype if the circumstances allow. Let's decide the place and time first though ;)

This way we can see which choice is most popular for the meeting to take place at. I've also updated the subject of the topic to make it more explicit :)
