North or South

Well, I would have to say I am for the North, but I also had relatives who fought for the South.    But my alliance would have been with the North, if I had lived in the Civil War times.  Being from the North, I would have fought with the Ohio regiments and so would have been for the North.  I would have wanted the United States of America to stay the same.    Of course knowing what I do now, that I had relatives who also fought for the South, I would have been Torn between the north and south, not wanting to kill my own relation.    Not sure If I have answered the way most have, but that is the way I feel now, back then would have been different.
