Registering of Section 9 RA for Lily folks

Hi folks

 

Two weeks ago in the Section 9 residents meeting, the previous defunct Section 9 RA is re-activated and Kak Zurihan is appointed as the interim Chairman for the year 2012. Since the RA is re-activated, therefore residents of Section 9 should be registered as members of the RA to support the gated and guarder community. Two years ago, we have initiated our Lily's proposed RA members collection drive. The fund collected is held in trust and we proposed to transfer the unutilized fund to the new Section 9 RA as registration fees. The required RA registration fees is RM25 for each member. Enclosed is the listing of the Lily folks who earlier contributed to the original registration fees.

 

There will be subsequent email on how to address the shortfall, how to deal with the overpayment i.e. >RM25 and how to refund back to any Lily folks who do not support the idea of registering as member in the new Section 9 RA. If any of you have any idea, do share out on how to do the mentioned items.

It was decided then that the said amount will be remitted to Section 9 RA for the purpose beefing up our Section 9 security facilities. Today, the amount has been passed to Kak Han and hope everyone will continue to support all initiatives by the RA to improve of Section 9 security.

Hi Guys,

Just some thoughts. Since we already have some ready funds from Lily residents , I suggest we utilize the funds to close up barriers within lily area to provide more safety and less mobility to the intruders.

We can also use the funds and chip in if necessary to do a permanent guard post near 7-11. Can I also suggest the current guard post to be at the road splitting into 7-11 & Masjid. That way during nights and low movement times the guard can at least stop the cars to ensure no intruders. 

Also I hope Jerai security can come up with stickers fast.

Just some thoughts.
