Backlane Grill

Good day,

 

For Lily Residents between Row 9/30 and 9/16;

 

Back lane grills will be installed today.  The cost of the grill is RM1,500.00 x 2 = RM 3,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Tiga Ribu shj).  There is a door in the middle which will be padlocked.  The key will be distributed to residents in these lanes.  The cost of the grill will be shared between the house owners.  Kindly inform the neighbour.

Hi Nathan,

Its actually 9/31 not 9/16. 9/16 is the road at the old houses in front of CEC. Thanks for the effort.

Good effort to close up the back lanes...pls share the info abt the contractor you engaged for others ...but until and unless we close off Section 9 with perimeter fencing and boom gates... ,the crime rate will persist.Many owners are not aware of Jerai Securities appointment...pls inform and get the relevant approval from 80% owners.
